My Finishing Notes

A warm thank you to all the contestants from the executive committee and staff of IAUM CCC 4, for coming to Mashhad (and/or staying in Mashhad during the tournament!)
A personal thanks from me to my fellow judges who prevented me from screwing up the contests, to the executive committee who've spent the entirety of this past month and most of the months before that preparing and worrying about this tournament, to the staff who are in some ways the soul of a programming contest and set the tone and atmosphere and do most of the actual work during the procession. It might be interesting to know that right now, when the tournament is finished and everyone has gone home, some members of the executive committee and some of the staff are cleaning up the horrible mess of a university they've so much labored to create for not one week ago! And come tomorrow morning, if a piece of scotch tape remains on the floor or a single mouse is missing, will have to endure the prosecution(!) of the rest of the university.
A special thanks to the members of IAUM Computer Engineering Faculty, our teachers, who've supported us with guidance and trust and encouragement, in an environment of bureaucracy and stillness.
The most special thanks goes to Ms. Zeinab Zeinalpour, the person in charge of the whole tournament. I'm sure she's had no proper sleep for several weeks now and won't have for at least another couple until the dust is settled.
If you think these notes where inappropriate here, well... they should not have given me write permission on this blog! >:)

این متن به درد اونایی می خوره که تو مراسم افتتاحیه شرکت نکردند و هنوز تی شرتشون رو دریافت نکردن. قضیه از این قراره که ما تو مراسم افتتاحیه برای تعیین شرکت کنندگان صبح و بعدازظهر یک قرعه کشی انجام دادیم که نتیجه اش به شرح ذیل اعلام می شود:

Contest Software Environment

This is the software (relevant to the contest) we have installed on all the contestant machines:

• Microsoft XP Service Pack 2
• Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional (C++, C# (Platform SDK 2.0) and MSDN)
• GNU g++ 3.4.5 from MinGW distro
• Sun Java JDK 1.6.0 update 2
• Eclipse 3.1
• GVIM 7.1
• Emacs 22.1
• PC² 8.7

I think we have installed every IDE/Editor with more than one requester, which was free (as in ... coffee) (except for Visual Studio Professional, because the Express Edition is no good at all.)

برنامه ی روز های برگزاری مسابقات و مراسم افتتاحیه و اختتامیه به شرح زیر می باشد
سه شنبه 86/5/30
8-12 توزیع کارت، کیف ، ژتون و ... به شرکت کنندگان
11.30-14 صرف نهار در سلف سرویس دانشگاه
14-17 اقدام برای اسکان شرکت کنندگان غیر مشهدی -البته اگر کسی اول صبح بیاد احتمالا زودتر می فرستیمش
17-19 مراسم افتتاحیه و قرعه کشی- تعیین شرکت کنندگان مسابقه ی صبح و بعد از ظهر از مرحله ی نیمه نهایی
چهارشنبه86/5/31
9-12 مسابقه نوبت اول مرحله نیمه نهایی
12-14 صرف نهار در سلف سرویس دانشگاه
16-19 مسابقه نوبت دوم مرحله نیمه نهایی
پنج شنبه 86/6/1
8.30-13.30 مسابقه فینال بین برگزیدگان مرحله ی نیمه نهایی
13.30-14 صرف نهار در سلف سرویس دانشگاه
17-19 مراسم اختتامیه و اهدای لوح و جوایز افراد برتر

فقط تا پایان وقت اداری پنج شنبه 86/5/25 فرصت دارید هزینه هتل خود را به همان حساب سیبا پرداخت نمایید. کسانی که درخواست هتل کرده اند سریعا اقدام نمایند.
